At the 28^TH ICOLD Congress held in Chengdu, China, on 16 – 23 May 2025, it was approved and issued the ICOLD Declaration titled “Dams and Reservoirs for energy transition and adaptation to climate change”

Also, This Declaration was signed by the leaders of IHA, IEA, ICID, WWC and IME
